Documents Required for Application
1- Application Petition
2- CV
3- Photocopy of Undergraduate Diploma / Graduation Certificate (Documents with QR code taken from e-government are accepted.)
4- Depending on the advertised position, MA, PhD Education Status Certificate / Photocopy of Graduation Certificate
5- Photocopy of Undergraduate Transcript
6- Photocopy of ALES Certificate
7- Photocopy of Identity Card
8- 2 passport size photographs (taken within the last six months)
9-Training Certificate (For the units requested in the advertisement depending on the advertised staff)
10- Military Status Certificate of No Military Service (For Male Candidates)
11-Service Certificate (For those who have previously served in the public sector)
12-Student Certificate (For Research Assistants)
13- Photocopy of Foreign Language Certificate (YÖKDİL/YDS/KPDS/ÜDS or Equivalent) for the required units (For Research Assistants)

Application Petition
| - It is announced on the web page of our University with the announcement.

Photocopy of Identity Card
| - An unapproved photocopy is acceptable at the first application stage.
- It must be certified as original at the time of appointment.

CV
| - It can be the CV and Works List organised by the candidate himself/herself or by our University.

Undergraduate Transcript
| - An unapproved photocopy is acceptable at the first application stage.

Photograph
| - 2 of them must have been taken within the last 6 months.

Certificate of Experience
| If experience is required for the advertised position;
- Service Certificate from the Social Security Institution (SGK) Service Tracking Programme (HITAP) for those who are currently working in a public institution or who have left the public institution,
- If he/she works or has worked in the private sector, SSI Service Transcript and approved letter from the company he/she worked for,

ALES Certificate

Foreign Language Certificate
| Available from https://sonuc.osym.gov.tr/

Graduation Certificates
| - At the first application stage, a photocopy of the graduation certificate of Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree with Thesis, Doctorate or Proficiency in Art or e-Government printout can be accepted.

Candidates can make their applications in person or by mail in the file to the DOCUMENT RECORDING UNIT (Registry) located in the ‘Kayseri University Rectorate (15 July Campus).
Documents will not be checked during the application; application documents must be complete (it is important to document all the conditions requested in the advertisement).
Applications that are not made in due time, delays in the post and applications with missing documents will not be taken into consideration.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
