Application Process for Associate Professor Positions

Documents Required for Application

1- Application Petition

2- Curriculum Vitae and Scientific Publications (1 Physical + 6 Digital (Flash Memory))

3- Undergraduate Diploma / Graduation Certificate (Documents taken from e-government are accepted.)

4- Graduation Certificate of Master's Degree, Doctorate, Medical Speciality - Proficiency in Art (Documents taken from e-government are accepted.)

5- Foreign Language Certificate (YDS / KPDS / UDS or Equivalent)

6- Associate Professorship Certificate

7- Photocopy of Identity Card

8- 2 passport size photographs (taken within the last six months)

9- Military Service Status Certificate

10- Certificate of Service (For those who are working in any public institution / have previous service)

11- Scoring Table to be prepared according to the Scoring Tables used in the Academic Promotion and Appointment Criteria of our University

Applications for associate professor positions at our university are made in person or by post after the documents requested above are prepared.

In order for candidates to apply for the announced associate professorship, it is obligatory for the relevant commission to accept the compliance of their conditions with the conditions specified in the relevant articles of the Senate principles on applying, promotion and appointment to open associate professorship positions at Kayseri University.
